About Us
Occupational Mental Health was formed by Iain Brooks and Bill Griffiths back in May 2003; both directors have many years experience working in Occupational Health / Occupational Mental Health and Risk Management. They provide real-time, evidenced based solutions to help minimise the risk and impact of stress, change and pressure at work on the lives of employees and their organisations.
Iain (above left) is an RMN & Cognitive Behavioural Nurse Psychotherapist. He is also a qualified trainer. Bill has a BSc Hon (Open) gained in psychology and health studies, the Certificate in Health Promotion and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.Both are members of the BABCP, have extensive experience working in senior management positions for major UK organisations and are effective mental health and well-being consultants.
