About Us
Occupational Mental Health was established as a Limited Company in January 2003. The organisations founders, Iain Brooks and Bill Griffiths have many years experience working in the Occupational Health / Occupational Mental Health and Risk Management sectors.The companies primary mission is to apply Evidenced Based Solutions to the management of mental health in the workplace through the provision of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. Education, Training and Consultancy.
Iain (above left) is an RMN & Cognitive Behavioural Nurse Psychotherapist - BABCP (Accred). He is also a qualified trainer. Bill has a BSc Hons (Open) gained in psychology and health studies, the Certificate in Health Promotion and is a Member of the BPs.Both have held senior management positions for major UK organisations and are active mental health and well-being consultants.
